Instructions
Fill out the fields with your information, then copy the generated signature. Go to your email provider's settings and paste it directly into the signature text box, then save. Works with both Gmail and Outlook.
For Apple Mail, untick “Always match my default message font” underneath the signature, or the formatting is stripped.
